Monday 13th May marked the 8th Anniversary of our first ever session. We celebrated this with our annual pairs mile relays session.

Both member’s of the two person team must run two laps of our half mile lap for a mile each in total. Teams can choose their tactics to decide who goes first and wheather they run their miles all in one go or alternative laps.

It was an exciting race with the lead changing several times but in the end the team of Richard Quennell and Ellie Gedney took the victory with a devastating last leg from Richard moving from 5th to 1st.

1st – Richard Quennell & Ellie Gedney
2nd – Alex Hewson & Chloe Tallett
3rd – Pete Humble & Ian Harper
4th – Danny Carter & Jo Codner
5th – Lisa Dowling & Mick Conroy
6th – Bryan Winn & Linda Ly
7th – Darren Byfield & Julie Walter
8th – Julia Bradnam & Neil Willsher
9th – Steve Walter & Megan Fielding
10th – Steve Heighway & Pauline Vallon
11th – Jason Carter & Caroline Harper
12th – Lucy Baker & Angela To

Well done to everyone and thanks to Julia for the amazing cakes.
