Due to the success and popularity of our Monday night running fitness session we are now holding a second weekly session on Thursdays, 6pm at the Racecourse.
This session will involve similar workouts to our Monday sessions with adaptions and added extras with the benefit of more space.
The sessions will run throughout the year offering much more lighting and a verity of routes during the dark winter nights as well as allowing us to mix things up more during the lighter evenings.
