Our favourite event on the racing calendar image F- fundraising. We raise thousands for our chosen charities every year image G- Group. So many benefits come with running with others. PJR provides this as standard image H- Hills. Something all our members love to hate image I- Interval training. Our most regular type of session J- Journey. From 8 runners at our first ever session, down to 6 in the winter to 30 plus regularly throughout the year. It’s been one hell of a journey for us all K- kilometres. Over 7,000 covered by our members in the first 2.5 years of Northampton parkrun image L- loyal. We have a core group of members that can be relied upon to be at every session and event we do M- Mixed ability. All our sessions are designed in a way to suit all ability levels image N- Novice. Something many of our members start out as before becoming seasoned runners O- Obstacle course races. Now nearly as popular as running events amongst our members image P- Parkrun. The weekly 5k that is rarely without PJR members in double fixtures Q- Quack, quack. The now famous ducks & balls game at our OCR sessions. Gets people in the deep, smelly lake without fear. image R- Rock Solid Race. For many the first OCR for our members & one they keep coming back to image S- Santa run. An event we put on for charity ever Christmas image T- Tarquin the tyre. Our mascot and training/ racing aid image U- Ultra marathons. Now a regular discipline for several of our runners V- Value. For just £2 per session we offer top quality coached sessions, individual training programmes, free night runs and much, much more W- Winners. As well as running for fun we can also be very competitive winning team events such as Endure 24 (2 years running), Mud Sweat & Beer & Sole Destroyer & a whole host of individual races too image X- Xmas relays. A fun session we hold the last Monday before every Christmas Y- Youth. Although predominantly adults we also welcome all ages & many members bring their children along image Z- Zip lines. Up to 40m high as part of out adventure day at Salcey forest image
